Order Processing Time

At Massage Magic, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, the Massage Magic team will notify you as soon as possible.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the shipping carrier.

The estimated delivery time for most destinations is:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to factors outside the control of Massage Magic, such as customs processing, holidays, carrier delays, or weather conditions.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before completing the purchase.

From time to time, Massage Magic may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping on orders above a certain amount.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

This tracking number allows you to monitor the shipping status of your package.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become available.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on the regulations of the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by Massage Magic and are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact the Massage Magic support team and we will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible.
